User Terms of Service

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old or the minimum age in your jurisdiction to use the Service. If you are underage, you must obtain consent from a parent or legal guardian.

2. Account Registration

To use certain features, you must create an account using a valid email, phone number, or third-party login (Apple, Google, etc.).

You agree to:

• Keep your account credentials secure.
• Take responsibility for any activity under your account.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that use:

• False or misleading information,
• Unauthorized identities,
• Inappropriate usernames or avatars (e.g., hate speech, impersonation, obscene content).

3. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Violate any laws or regulations.
• Post, share, or transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, pornographic, abusive, or hateful.
• Infringe on copyrights, trademarks, or any third-party rights.
• Harass, bully, or impersonate others.
• Upload viruses or engage in spam/scam behavior.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or exploit our Service without authorization.

Violating these rules may result in suspension, content removal, or permanent ban without notice.

4. Content Ownership & License

You retain ownership of content you upload, but you grant Liutuo Limited a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, distribute, and promote your content within the app and in connection with its marketing.

By uploading content, you warrant that:

• You own or have legal rights to share the content.
• It does not violate the rights of others.

5. Content Moderation

We may review, flag, or remove any content that violates these Terms or local laws. This includes user-generated videos, comments, images, and profiles.

We are not liable for user-uploaded content. You acknowledge you may encounter content you find offensive or objectionable.

6. Location & Personal Data

You may optionally enable location access to receive tailored recommendations. All data collected is governed by our Privacy Policy.

7. Free trial, Subscription & Payments

Subscription:- You may subscribe to a plan of your choice out of the subscription plans offered by Mysta TV (“Subscription”). After the creation of your Account and the Subscription, you will be able to access Mysta TV Content through the Platforms. Your Subscription will continue until terminated by you or by Mysta TV in accordance with these Terms.

We may change our Subscription plans and the price of our Service from time to time.

Some Subscription plans may have differing conditions and limitations, which will be disclosed at your sign-up or in other communications made available to you. You can find specific details regarding your Subscription by clicking on ‘account’ or ‘profile’.

Payment:- To use the Service, you must provide us with one or more Payment Methods. Our Subscription plans include recurring payments (auto-pay mandate), providing you with continuous access to our Services until cancelled. Unless you cancel your membership before your billing date, you authorize us to charge the subscription fee for the next billing cycle to your Payment Method (see Account Cancellation section below).

By purchasing a paid Subscription, you authorize Mysta TV (or its payment partner/app store) to accept payment through a debit card, credit card, internet banking, Unified Payment Interfaces or through, e-prepaid wallet or other payment method (“Payment Method”).

Purchase through Mysta TV Coins:- Mysta TV allows Users to purchase coins and use them to unlock episodes and shows of their choice on the Mysta TV Platforms. Different types of coins with varying values can be earned or paid. The Mysta TV Platforms offers two types of coins: Coins you paid to us (“Paid Coins”) and coins we give you for promotional purposes, without charge (“Promo Coins”). Paid Coins and Promo Coins are collectively referred to as “Mysta TV Coins”. The detailed terms and conditions for Mysta TV Coins can be accessed at

Free trial:- Mysta TV may offer a 7-day free trial. To start the trial,refundable verification/authorization may be processed to confirm payment details. This is not a fee and is reversed per bank/card-network timelines.

Unless You cancel before the free trial ends, your Mysta TV Subscription will convert automatically to a quarterly plan chargeable at and your Payment Method will be charged on the calendar day after the trial ends.

If payment cannot be collected when due, we may suspend or downgrade your access until payment is successful.

8. Intellectual Property

All content and intellectual property of the Service—including logos, videos (not user-uploaded), software, and features—belong to Liutuo Limited.

You may not copy, reuse, or modify our content without written permission.

9. Advertising & Promotions

We may show ads within the app. You may also receive promotional notifications, which you can manage in device settings.

10. Service Changes & Termination

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service at any time. You may stop using the Service at any time.

We reserve the right to:

• Suspend or terminate accounts violating the Terms
• Block or delete content without notice
• Report illegal activities to authorities

11. Disclaimers & Liability

Mysta TV is provided on an “as-is” basis. We are not responsible for:

• Data loss, service interruptions, or app performance issues
• Harm caused by user behavior or third-party content
• Disputes between users

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong SAR. Disputes will be resolved by the courts of Hong Kong unless otherwise agreed.

13. Updates

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes means you agree to the new Terms.
